This Italian restaurant with a real chef from Napoli, 'Daniele Gagliotta', is definetely amongst the best restaurants of Casablanca. Fattuciani may be located in Morocco, but feels and tastes like a true 'ristorante napolitana'; all is imported from Italy, even the basil leaves. Olive oil is home made and so is the pizza dough, which is made with a sourdough starter with a little bit of yeast. Chef Daniele belongs to the 'APN' which is the offical naepolitan pizza association; you will absolutely eat one of the best pizzas of your life !
